Decent price, decent tires. Good in winter conditions, poor on dry or wet conditions. Ok volume up to 90-100km h More

Hi, I have used this tyre for many years on my Expert. The wear rate is between 80 and 100,000 klms. Whilst a bit noisy they soak up road problems, holes and stones well. I have just thrown away the stupid 215/55 x 16 wheels and Michelin tyres (Primacy) and fitted these to this vehicle a peugeot partner. The Michelins are well worn at 22,000klms. The cost of new wheels is compensated by the fact that GT maxmilers are much cheaper than fast wearing Michelin, have less susceptable to damage side walls, soak up bumps better. What ever idiot specified 215 low profile tyres for a van type vehicle is someone who should be shot. Even the DREAL (Homologation agency in France)said it was stupid bordering on dangerous! As the wider profile has worse grip especially in the wet or on mud due to bigger footprint and less down pressure. Add that to the incidece of easily spinning the wheels, poor shoulders etc. Give me the GT Maxmilers every time! Oh we do not do snow. We did have EX on in the UK once and they seemed OK
